after release one dark night Eric ran into Erik Anderson, drunken and unashamed, dobro in hand belting his originals with a passion at a late night party...Erik was soon bringing his smooth hand dobro and slide skills to the duo, now a clever band of three...twas not long after, but not soon enough, that Paul Brunner out of Tucson, Arizona arose from the desert heat and made his way to San Diego creating waves none like any CA. native has known, fiddle on fire, he was an unsuspecting Roller from day one...the fiersome four were on a roll...stopped dead in their tracks by the thunderous sounds of a monster on bass...with 5-string upright in hand Mike Handforth knocked down the boundaries while laying the dangerous foundation on which the Rollers roll... dangerous yes but what joy this band brings to their audience...smiles and dancing are inevitable at a High Grass Roller's show, if your foot aint tappin check your pulse...see 'em for yourselves.
